Sellers have different reasons for selling, different backgrounds and different experiences. Some sellers may prefer us to guide them through the entire process, while others have sold homes before and are comfortable with the steps involved. You always expect superior marketing and advertising, but you want listing choices and fees structured around your individual situation, not a "one size fits all" program

We will evaluate your needs and find you a "dream" home. 

Buyers have different reasons for buying - for a growing family, to downsize, or to invest.  Some buyers prefer homes that need a little TLC and others want homes that are in move-in-condition.  Some buyers like to be guided through the entire process, while others want to search for a home with little input from the real estate agent until he/she finds a home to view.  You might already know where to find the right mortgage, attorney, home inspector, and mover, or you may need a referral for local professionals.  What you have in common is the need to know immediately when the right house comes on the market, and what you can all expect by working with me is experienced representation from negotiation through closing.

We will help you find better properties with better tenants in better neighborhoods in order to maximize the return on your investment.

Investors have different ways to maximize the return on their investment.  Many investors prefer to buy low, fix up the units, and then sell the investment property for a profit.  Other investors continually add to their investment portfolio.  Whatever the investor's preference is, we will work together to calculate cash flow versus maintenance requirements to determine whether the purchase is a good investment.  Generally we find the best properties to invest in tend to be in college neighborhoods because then you are guaranteed to find tenants.  We also search for properties for our investors that have new boilers, new floorings, new bathrooms, new kitchens, new roofs, new electric systems - to eliminate reoccuring maintenance fees which would ultimately detract from the profit on the building.
